As our family grew and moved out of our home, we found that instead of being able to down size we needed more space to sit our ever expanding family who would come for holidays and weekend dinners. My husband and I didn’t really have a clear idea of what we wanted other than to update our 60s style galley kitchen and to create out of our existing space, more sitting area. Todd came up with a plan that we thought seemed like what we wanted. It wasn’t until he had it completed that we realized that we really did have clear idea of what we wanted the remodel to look like and he had captured it exactly. Todd truly took the time to listen to what was being said.
Todd is a meticulous craftsman and paid great attention to quality of work and detail. We were on a pretty tight budget. Todd was able to help us, based on our life style, to make product and material choices and keep us within our budget. The project was also completed within the time frame promised. I really appreciated that Todd took the time to accompany us to pick out our kitchen cabinets and counter tops. Todd knew what I was looking for in the way of texture and color, so he helped immensely in narrowing down our search from the vast selection available on the market. He also uses a cabinet maker that produces an outstanding product. We could not be more pleased.
I love the look of my remodeled kitchen, new office, expanded great room and huge dining room but it’s the functionality of all the changes that I like the best. Although we kept the galley kitchen design, the large open spaces leading to both the dining room and kitchen nook allow for guests to wander in and visit if they choose. It’s a dream to cook in with space for numerous cooks and cooking stations. We had 25 for Christmas and were able to serve a sit down dinner in our dining room and all sat in the great room afterwards opening gifts and singing Christmas carols. Todd helped us create a home that our family will enjoy for years to come.
